1. Its Raining potatoes

This summer my dad and I built a beastly potato cannon. We
built it because when my dad was a kid he had one and always told
me how cool it was. It is a 3 foot white with black stripes; it almost
looks like a shotgun. All the parts are made of P.B.C. pipe.
To shoot it you have to put a spray into the bottom and light it with
some sparks. The potato will fly about 200 yards through the air
and about 100 yards high.
Sometimes I get a baseball glove and my dad shoots it and I try to
catch it. The bad part is that they are illegal. “I don’t get why they
are illegal? “I said, my dad replied “Because they are dangerous.”
I came back with,” A lot of things are dangerous like fists, cars
people, golf, carts “well I don’t know then”
