14. 1. Setup working group to tackle the discussed problems one by one.
2. Start from addressing the stolen passwords / broken accounts problem, e.g.by
setting up a web-site like wallofshame.am or broken.am, where people can upload
news about broken accounts, and even files that leaked to public (with good intent
to help the owners of course)
3. Use the same, or other, means to put pressure on ISP's that do not connect to
internal exchange programs and servers and route internal data through foreign
connections, or use strategically unwanted channels for connecting us to the
world.
4. Setup distributed research effort to find out what are the routing paths taken by
packets between various ISP-s both inside Armenia and when connecting to
various parts of the world, using our connections and installations in foreign
countries, and based on simple principles such as speed of light, as well as
technical means which are accessible to us. Basically get a preiodically updated
traffic/route map.
5. Rise awareness on importance and knowhow for switching to DNSSec
everywhere. Above mentioned means to discover and enforce switching by all
ISPs and businesses.
6. Separate effort for DDOS prevention.
