To Whom It May
Concern,
I love Cramer-Krasselt’s
approach to integrated
marketing.
C-K’s fresh and genuine views
about collaboration and
forming bonds make the
agency extremely appealing to
me.
“Make friends, not
ads.”
Brilliant.
I respect Cramer-Krasselt’s
work and feel I could learn a lot
from your agency, while
contributing as well.
I’m very eclectic.
Examples?
I’m a wordsmith. I can rhyme words like “Ross” and “Klaus,” also,
“bewitchin’” and “kitchen.” I’m able to work with diverse tones and I am just
plain clever. My imagination is one of my greatest treasures.
I’m resourceful. Do I need to surprise a friend’s child on Christmas, but am
unable to find a Santa costume? I will figure something out. I will be donning red
and be full of spirit. I am not an expert on everything, but after some research, or
memorization, I can discuss dinosaurs and anything beginning with the letter
“V.” Why “V?” Perhaps it was the only encyclopedia I could afford when the
salesman dropped by.
I’m brave. I packed up my Mitsubishi Eclipse and moved to Chicago so I
could be back in a major city with a great advertising pulse. Once I put my
mind to something, I get it accomplished. I’m similar to Rachel, who doesn’t
back down, whether forging ahead on her own, standing her ground in a
laundry mat or preparing to live in a foreign country for work. I am a fast
learner, I enjoy being challenged and rising to the occasion. I also keep up
with trends. As Rachel is aware of the latest fashion trends and soap
operas, I pay attention to my industry like graphic design trends, new social
media platforms, etc.
I’m a good person. I say “Bless you,” when someone sneezes, I volunteer
and genuinely care about other people. I am the friend that will come rescue
you when your car breaks down on the way to a skiing trip that you didn’t
invite me to. I’m thoughtful and make grand gestures. I will even give my
blessing to a best friend who decides to pursue my old and favorite flame
(as long as they are happy). I’m a good listener. My character is solid and I
play well with others. Also, I am smart and visually and verbally savvy.
I’m dedicated and I am a hard worker. I actually like working too. Maybe my
idea of a good time isn’t organizing a ribbon draw or labeling everything, but
like Monica, I am a fan of details and strive for excellence. I am competitive
(in a healthy way), and I do what I need to do to get the job done. While I
haven’t had to deal with something as frighteningly painful as a jellyfish
sting, I have encountered dilemmas that have tested by commitment and
endurance. I have always emerged, bigger, better and stronger. I’m often
responsible for several projects at a time, so I have great time management
skills and I am able to multitask.
I have a great sense of humor. I’m witty. I make all sorts of interesting
observations and narrations. I may not be “Make me laugh,” Queen of
England funny, but I generally make some great remarks. Most importantly,
I think I am funny. I am more than a people watcher or observer, I am a
commentator too. I promise I am better with taglines and slogans than
Chandler. In addition, I am more than capable of other tasks that involve
computer proficiencies and research too.
I’d like for us to be
friends.
I am interested
passionately seeking a
creative internship at
your Chicago location.
I enjoy copywriting.
Currently, I am interning at The
San Jose Group (233 N.
Michigan Ave) as a copywriter.
Hello, neighbor!
P.S. I will work so very hard,
absorb everything and contribute
a lot. I want this.
I will wow and dazzle you.
I mean it. Thank you for your
time and attention.

Sincerely,
Kristi Lira
