PCE believes that the Filipinos can address poverty
in the country by engaging in entrepreneurship and
developing an optimistic, passionate, creative and
innovative, resourceful, diligent and persevering
character.

founded by exceptional entrepreneurs and
industrialists behind the successes of RFM, Jollibee
Foods Corporation, National Bookstore, SM
Investments Corporation, Entrepreneurs School of
Asia; Splash Group of Companies, GMA Network;
and Greenfields Development-Southeast Asia Food
Empire
Its founding was prompted by the appointment of
Jose Ma. Concepcion III as presidential consultant
for entrepreneurship development.
5. Rise of Go Negosyo
Joey Concepcion III is the Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of RFM Corporation at the
age of 28.
The Presidential Consultant on
Entrepreneurship and one of the founders of
the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship.
He came from a middle-class family who did
not have all the luxuries in life .
He was taught to achieve things in life with
patience.
He considers business not only as a way
of making money but as well as a way to
show love for the country.
8. Seminars and Expos
Go Negosyo conducts forums and expos in key cities around the country in the
hope of instilling and inspiring an entrepreneurial mindset among the
attendees in the area. Also hold afternoon talks that discuss in detail topics
such entrepreneurship, marketing, product development and financing.

Books and publications educate aspiring
entrepreneurs by sharing how these
successful negosyantes were able to
overcome their obstacles and highlighting
the entrepreneurship lessons that could be
learned from these stories.

Vision of eradicating poverty through
entrepreneurship
As a non-profit, non-government organization, Go
Negosyo aims to be a one-stop shop for
entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs who seek
advice and mentorship on the how-to’s of
establishing, managing and growing a
business. Hence, the organization does not directly
lend money to business owners. For this, the
organization directs financing inquiries to
microfinance institutions.
