Offered in 4‐6‐8 and 30 Hour Modules
CSR/ Green Business Prac6ces® $149 This is offered as a 4 hour module discussing
green business concepts such as recycling, sustainability and a guide for developing a
business energy plan. Upon passing the final exam, students will receive the GCBL‐GL,
a Level One Green Cer6fied Business Leader® with the Green Leadership Cer6fica6on.
Green Building for Mortgage Professionals® $149 Designed as a 4 hour module, this
course offers an overview of green building systems and energy financing products
that may help a homeowner to become more energy efficient.
Green Building for Insurance Professionals® $149 This is a 4 hour module offering an
overview of green building and what the future will hold for insuring these new types
of building systems.
Green Building for Health Care Professionals® $399 This is an 8 hour module delivering
informa6on on the impact of cleaning prac6ces and the benefits of recycling and
waste management is explained. According to the Bureau of Labor Sta6s6cs, hospitals
and nursing facili6es are among the most hazardous work environments.

Course Catalog Descrip6ons
Green Building for Real Estate Professionals® $149 ARELLO approved, this 4 hour module
offers real estate professionals to gain insight on what they will see as clients begin to
show interest in these new types of renova6ons. Energy ra6ngs, energy mortgage
concepts and green cer6fica6on process are discussed. Upon passing the final exam,
students will receive a logo for marke6ng and the GCREP‐GL, a Level One Green Cer6fied
Real Estate Professional.
Green Building for Home Inspectors® $149 This 4 hour module introduces the home
inspector to green building, renewable energy and energy efficiency. Sugges6ons are
offered on what the home inspector can do to assist homeowners and homebuyers in
making informed decisions on future green renova6ons. Upon passing the final exam, a
cer6ficate of comple6on will be issued.
Green Cer6fied Government Leader® $149 This 4 hour training that will include a step‐
by‐step guide for developing an energy plan and define a government’s commitment to
become more socially responsible. An overview of green fleet management, renewable
energy and resources will be defined. Upon passing the final exam, a cer6ficate of
comple6on will be issued.

Course Catalog Descrip6ons
Waste Management Coordinator® $299‐ This 6 hour module will offer the
student informa6on on how to develop recycling programs within a company or
government en6ty to ini6ate and monitor performance. They will be able to
supervise waste management efforts. Upon passing the final exam, the student
will receive a Waste Management Coordinator cer6ficate of comple6on at the
end of the class.
Green Cleaning Technician $299‐ A 6 hour module that will offer the student
who wants to focus on a career in the green cleaning industry. A review of green
cleaning techniques and prac6ces for business and residen6al applica6ons or for
the homeowner as well. Upon passing the final exam, a cer6ficate of comple6on
will be issued.
Sustainability Planning Specialist® $299‐ This is a 6 hour course for professional
development to address organiza6onal sustainability issues and how to assist a
company in developing a plan to have a more sustainable approach in areas such
as waste stream management and green building prac6ces. Upon passing the
final Exam, the student will receive a Sustainability Planning Specialist cer6ficate
of comple6on at the end of class.

Course Catalog Descrip6ons
Green Germ Control Specialist $149‐ This is a 4 hour module designed for those in the
cleaning and maintenance services industries, this course addresses control of contagious
disease from a cleaning standpoint and green sanita6on protocol. The student will receive a
Green Germ Control Specialist cer6ficate of comple6on.
Handyman and Weatheriza6on Specialist $149‐ ‐ This course is for those in construc6on
trades and is offered as a 6 hour module. It provides a basic introduc6on to making a home
Greener, more efficient or sustainable, and reducing the cost of home opera6on. Some
experience with basic construc6on, simple carpentry skills, and some hands‐on prac6ce in a
variety of home improvement items will be an advantage. Knowing how to use a caulking
gun, install insula6on, and refit a thermostat are simple skills that we an6cipate are not new
to the student. Upon comple6on of the course, the student will receive a cer6ficate of
comple6on.

Course Catalog Descrip6ons
Cer6fied Sustainability Officer® $1595‐ This is a 30 hour module teaching students methods in
assessing, developing and execu6ng a company’s strategy for energy use, recycling, waste
elimina6on and transporta6on to ensure compliance with environmental or governmental
regula6ons. The student will learn how to establish, monitor and evaluate effec6veness of
sustainability programs. Upon comple6on of the final exam, students will earn the trademark
cer6fica6on as a Cer6fied Sustainability Officer™.
Green Landscaping Course $149‐ This course is a 4 hour specialty module designed for the
professional landscaper or caring homeowner to reinvent the way tradi6onal landscaping has
been done. Most landscaping processes are an6‐green. This course provides tremendous
insight into greener lawn care, weed control, fer6lizer, and irriga6on. Special topics covered in
this course include prairie reversion, Green roofs, and phyto‐remedia6on. This course offers
tremendous insight into the future of landscaping. Upon comple6on of the course, the student
will receive a cer6ficate of comple6on.
