2. Ania says:
• The jobs I had are not related to each other
• The jobs I had are not related to the studies I attended (Russian
culture)
• I learnt the most from the travels to foreign countries where I was
on my own, had to find the job and make a living
• University did not help at all while I was looking for some
scholarship/internship in Russia. There are no agreements between
Polish and Russian universities, there is no many for students
exchange. I had to organize everything by myself
• I found a job in Russia in the middle of the crisis when everybody
was telling me it’s impossible
• I couldn’t work and study at the same time. My university was
actively preventing that.
3. Ania thinks:
• The field of study I chose is not the best one in
terms of looking for a job
• Now I need to find what I really want to do in
my life
4. Ania feels:
• I wasted my time studding Russian culture
• There are no job offerings that need what I
learnt
• I feel lost on the job market. I don’t want to do
what I’m not interested in
• I need to learn more
5. Problem statement
A talented, young people whose degree doesn’t
guarantee a job, who are eager to learn more
need a way to
discover how what they’ve already learnt combined
with something new can make them more desirable
on the labor market
because
being able to work and bring value to the society is
one of the most important thing in everybody’s life.
