1. คาสรรพนาม (Pronouns)
คาสรรพนาม คือ คาที่ใช้แทนสิ่ งต่างๆ ทั้งคน สัตว์ สิ่ งของ (แทนคานามนั่นเอง) คาสรรพนาม
ที่ใช้แทนกันมากได้แก่
1. Subject Pronoun (สรรพนามรู ปประธาน) ใช้เป็ นประธานของประโยค
2. Object Pronoun (สรรพนามรู ปกรรม) ใช้เป็ นกรรมของประโยค ดังรายละเอียดในตาราง

3. คาที่แสดงความเป็ นเจ้าของ (Possessive) มีสองรู ป คือ

3.1 Possessive Adjective คือ คาสรรพนามใช้แสดงความเป็ นเจ้าของซึ่งต้องมีคานามตามหลัง
เสมอเพื่อขยายนามนั้น เช่น my pen, your bag, his house
3.2 Possessive Pronoun คื อ ค าสรรพนามที่ แสดงความเป็ นเจ้าของที่ใช้แสดงความ
เป็ นเจ้าของตามลาพัง เช่น His pen is red, but hers is blue. หรื อ Your house is big, but mine is
small
