Where to find print biographies?
Use Destiny to locate the biographies on our shelves. Most biographies are arranged alphabetically
according to the subject's name in the 921s. Collective biographies, books that profile several people,
are located in the 920s both on the circulating and the reference shelves.
Don't forget OPAC’s digital resources in Webpath Express!
Use Destiny to locate digital resources (videos from Safari Montage) in our collection. Perform a Library
Search in the Catalog, and identify Video as the Material Type. Also check the Resource Lists available in
the Catalog: Heroes and Women in History are two examples of biography lists.
Use Destiny’s search engine, Webpath Express to identify reliable, educational websites on your topic.
Websites for Biography
Remember to begin your research using broad keyword searches. Use your background knowledge on
your topic to brainstorm keywords.
