Top 10 Responsibilities of the Manito Community   1. Courage to Inspire Others Create HOPE and possibilities. People are inspired to do what they do well by the love they feel for what they do, by the people with whom they share tasks and relationships, and by their commitment to being of service to others. We are all leaders, and leaders inspire by modeling the way for others.   2. Authenticity Live the Manito Core Values and Guiding Principles. Create perfect alignment between what we think, what we say, what we feel, and what we do.   3. Service Make a difference in the world. We are all here to serve and create abundance for others. Work to eliminate social injustice, violence, poverty, inequality, a lack of civility, and fear.   4. Mastery Be the best! Undertake whatever you do to the highest standards of which you are capable. Mastery is possessing a commitment to do what it takes to be the best in whatever we do, being devoted to continuous personal and professional improvement, and polishing one’s skills, competencies and practices. Mastery embodies a commitment to excellence in everything one does. “Good is the enemy of Great!”      5. Build Relationships Everything meaningful in life comes through relationships. Relate so well with others that they actively seek to associate themselves with you. Relationships are dependent on listening to the thoughts, feelings, and perspectives of others because to relate well with them, we must first understand them. Building strong relationships includes placing a high value on harmonious interactions with others and taking the initiative to repair, maintain, and build friendships. The cornerstones of relationship building are truth-telling and promise keeping.     Manito, Inc. 2010
