CARRY OUT, and EVALUATE activities on
a participatory and sustained basis to
improve their health and other needs,
either on their own initiative or stimulated
by others.

Participants will introduce them selves by associating with them some animal by explaining that why they like to link themselves with said animal. What quality they like in the animal?
All participants will be be given story of Elephant and they will be asked to share that what they think after reading the story. All their views will be mention on the flip chart. After writing views from all groups the purpose of story will be shared. Communities are different, have different cultures, different set up of life, each community differ from other communities. Every one see community from his or her state of mind. Every one has different opinion about communities. Each communities will be handled differently.
Reading the slides and discussion on the basis of views generated by participants in last slides.
Telling that why community mobilization is important, First views will be gathered from participants, that what it is important Sharing real life cases and examples

Participants will be divided into district wise groups and will be asked to write at least 10 reasons for community mobilization in developmental projects Group will present their work in 10 minutes

Participants will work in a group and make a table as given above. It will be based on real example in the field under PKNB 18 and 28 project. Groups will present the table given above.

This is a group activity. Team will make a picture with creative thinking that how they can portrait best mobilizer. Each group will present his/her picture and competition will created. Pictures will be nominated 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd and 4 th .
