Érase una vez un comerciante de armas cuya empresa fabricaba bombas de
          racimo que vendía, entre otros, al gobierno de su país.
Y resultó que su país firmó un convenio internacional contra esas
                 bombas, que dejó de comprar.
Entonces el comerciante denunció al gobierno por dejar de comprar esas armas
               (habría un contrato con la empresa fabricante)
Y resultó que hubo un cambio de gobierno, y el nuevo presidente tuvo
     la ocurrencia de nombrar como ministro de Defensa a dicho
                       comerciante de armas:
¿alguien lo puede mejorar? Ahora el comerciante,
transmutado en ministro, pagará a su antigua empresa la indemnización
       correspondiente, un pellizquito de 40 millones de euros.
PREGUNTA: ¿de qué país y de qué época son estos hechos?
¿del quinto mundo? ¿de un pasado oscuro? La respuesta a continuación.
El Ministro de Defensa de España pagará 40 millones a su antigua
            empresa por prohibir las bombas de racimo
Pedro Morenés, ministro de Defensa, fue consejero de la
empresa de fabricación de armamento Instalaza entre 2005 y 2007.
Después ocupó el
      puesto de
representante hasta
 el 4 de octubre de
2011, según recoge
el Boletín Oficial del
 Registro Mercantil.
 (Instalaza fabricaba
 bombas de racimo).
El 31 de octubre de
2011, el diario Cinco
   Días reveló que
    Instalaza había
decidido recurrir a los
tribunales para pedir
         que el
      Gobierno le
 indemnizara con 40
millones de euros en
     concepto de
      desagravio
por la prohibición del uso, almacenamiento y fabricación
de las bombas de racimo en España como consecuencia
            de la firma del Tratado de Dublín.
Sin embargo, esta empresa ya había anunciado en
 mayo de 2011, cuando Morenés era su representante, que pediría una
compensación económica al Ejecutivo en concepto de "daño emergente y
                          lucro cesante".
Hoy sabemos que Instalaza venderá la deuda a una tercera
empresa que a su vez la revenderá y finalmente el Ministro pagará
         diciendo que no es su empresa la que cobra.
El dinero saldrá de los
impuestos de todos nosotros, naturalmente. Nuestro dinero pagando
                  bombas que mutilan a niños.
Porque las submuniciones esparcidas por las bombas
fabricadas por Morenés tienen un rango de fallo de entre
                    el 5% y 30%,
por lo que pueden quedar bombas enterradas sin explotar siendo
        peligrosas tiempo después de terminada la guerra.
Especialmente para
 los niños por sus formas llamativas, como pelotitas de tenis o latas
de refrescos. Porque es así como las camufla la empresa del Ministro.
¿De verdad no
 había en todo el
país otra persona
   que pudiera
  ser Ministro de
    Defensa?
