Wash the area before you wrap
Take BEFORE picture (THIS IS KEY)
Make sure you haven’t used dove soap or any lotion on the area
Put the lotion side on your skin and unfold it all the way
You can wear it up to 8 hours and at least 45 min.
Results are progressive. If you wrap today you will see the results of that wrap
on the 3rd day and those results are lasting depending on lifestyle

to run
