- An unified international voice and data gateway (IIG&IVG); account, administrate and
monitor telecom service.
- More secured Internet network.
To encourage ICT competition in country.
To reduce unnecessary international costs.
To significantly improves Internet performance in the country.
IIG: International - For International Internet and voice connection control.
Internet Gateway
- Concentrate all the international connection through
IVG: International Voice centralized safe and high performance IIG and IVGs.
Gateway - To increase bargaining power with overseas carriers on
NIX: National Internet behalf of all operators in Laos.
eXchange - Full interconnections between operators (ETL, LTC,
StarTel…) and other ISPs.

eXchange - Keep fair and smooth interconnections.
