Superior visibility during the event with signage and company logos associated with the
delivery and service of food and drinks throughout the event, including logos on napkins,
coasters, and servers’ t-shirts. NOTE: Naming rights as the Platinum “Official Sponsor” is
available for a negotiated price.

a total of 20 participants/guests at the event

Red Carpet

$30,000

Name and logo surrounding the entrance to the event, registration desk, name tags, coat
check, and signage at the exit table with gift bag distribution. Sponsor receives immediate
visibility to all who attend as they are greeted and registered, as well as visibility as the
participants leave.

Sponsorship includes: 2 bowling teams (2 lanes with 16 bowlers total) plus 4 guests, for
a total of 20 participants/guests at the event
2014 Bowling Sponsorship Opportunities
Music/Entertainment

$20,000

Name and logo surrounding all the music and entertainment activities, including live DJ
and roaming entertainment. Sponsor will be able to raffle a device pre-loaded with
music or gift card to iTunes. Excellent sponsorship for a company in the
music/entertainment business as it deepens the connection between the event activities
and the company’s products/services.

Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lanes with 8 bowlers total) plus 4 guests,
for a total of 12 participants/guests at the event

Videography/Photography

$20,000

Name and logo surrounding all video and photography activities, including live
streaming of the event, photo booths, and roaming photographers. Great sponsorship
for a company that participates in the online video and photo/image creation/sharing
business as it deepens the connection between the event activities and the company’s
products/services.

Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lanes with 8 bowlers total) plus 4 guests,
for a total of 12 participants/guests at the event
2014 Bowling Sponsorship Opportunities
Agency Bonding Event

$20,000 ea.

This first-of-its-kind special program helps connect senior media professionals from the
agency with publishers and content producers. The agencies participating have agreed to
make 5-6 of their senior media and account executives available to meet with the
publisher/content producer teams. This meeting can be hosted as a breakfast or lunch
meeting at an agreed-upon venue (either at the agency’s or publisher’s location). The
meeting is intended to foster an open dialogue between the agency and sponsor with the
goal of the discussions to clarify how to optimize a publisher’s/content producer’s
relationship and work with the agency. These are not account-specific meetings.

Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lanes with 8 bowlers total) plus 4 guests, for
a total of 12 participants/guests at the event. Plus, 4 of your participants will have access
to the preview event with CMO Club attendees.
NOTE: There is no actual or implied commitment from or on behalf of the agency
to purchase advertising from or as a result of the sponsorship.
2014 Bowling Sponsorship Opportunities
Auction

$15,000

Name and logo surrounding the silent and live auctions. Several auction tables will
contain items for preview and bidding. Sponsor receives high attendee visibility as
attendees will be encouraged to review and bid on auction items throughout the night.
Sponsor will announce the live auction winners. Excellent sponsorship for a company
in the media auction business (ad network, exchange, SSP, DSP) as it deepens the
connection between the event activities and the company’s products/services.

Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) for a total of 8
participants at the event

Scorecard & Trophies

$15,000

High level of visibility throughout the venue as the sponsor’s logo is placed on every
scorecard video screen over each of 26 lanes. At the end of the event, the sponsor will
announce the winners and hand out gifts for the highest and lowest scores, most
strikes, and other bowling achievements. This is an excellent sponsorship opportunity
for a company in the media research or ad tech business as it deepens the connection
between the event activities and the company’s products/services around
measurement and scoring.

participants at the event

Strike Expert

$15,000

Sponsor a bowling pro to walk the lanes and give advice to the bowlers. The pro will
wear a sponsor-provided bowling shirt with the sponsor’s name/logo. Tip sheets with
“Sponsored by” will be handed out at the registration desk as well as placed at the
tables at every lane. Be visible and relevant to all participants.

Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) for a total of 8
participants at the event

Road Warrior Raffle

$15,000

Receive access to all event attendees (approximately 500) with the opportunity to
collect contact information from raffle participants. The raffle can include one major
item or several lower-cost items, for a total value of $1,000. Sponsor will provide the
item(s) and announce the winner(s) at the end of the evening.
Recommended raffle items include a tablet (iPad mini, Amazon Fire, Google Nexus),
headphones, carrying case, etc. Sponsor receives high visibility as two staff members
will circulate throughout the venue selling raffle tickets and collecting contact
information.

Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) for a total of 8
participants at the event

Demo/Presentation Table (4 available)

$10,000

Sponsors receive a 6-foot display table and signage during event. Table can be used to
promote company products/services or provide sampling (e.g., fragrance, make up,
chocolates).

Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) for a total of 8 participants
at the event

$10,000

In partnership with the CMO Club, the sponsor bowls with a designated CMO.

Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) plus one guest pass for a
total of 9 participants at the event.

Health/Fitness Raffle

$ 7,500

Receive access to all event attendees (approximately 500) with the opportunity to collect
contact info from raffle participants. The raffle can include one major item or several lower
cost items, with a total value of $1,000. Sponsor will provide the item(s) and announce the
winner(s) at the end of the evening.

NOTE: Naming rights as the Platinum “Official Sponsor” is available for a negotiated price. Sponsorship includes: 2 bowling teams (2 lanes with 16 bowlers total) plus 4 guests, for a total of 20 participants/guests at the event Red Carpet $30,000 Name and logo surrounding the entrance to the event, registration desk, name tags, coat check, and signage at the exit table with gift bag distribution. Sponsor receives immediate visibility to all who attend as they are greeted and registered, as well as visibility as the participants leave. Sponsorship includes: 2 bowling teams (2 lanes with 16 bowlers total) plus 4 guests, for a total of 20 participants/guests at the event
  • 13. 2014 Bowling Sponsorship Opportunities Music/Entertainment $20,000 Name and logo surrounding all the music and entertainment activities, including live DJ and roaming entertainment. Sponsor will be able to raffle a device pre-loaded with music or gift card to iTunes. Excellent sponsorship for a company in the music/entertainment business as it deepens the connection between the event activities and the company’s products/services. Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lanes with 8 bowlers total) plus 4 guests, for a total of 12 participants/guests at the event Videography/Photography $20,000 Name and logo surrounding all video and photography activities, including live streaming of the event, photo booths, and roaming photographers. Great sponsorship for a company that participates in the online video and photo/image creation/sharing business as it deepens the connection between the event activities and the company’s products/services. Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lanes with 8 bowlers total) plus 4 guests, for a total of 12 participants/guests at the event
  • 14. 2014 Bowling Sponsorship Opportunities Agency Bonding Event $20,000 ea. This first-of-its-kind special program helps connect senior media professionals from the agency with publishers and content producers. The agencies participating have agreed to make 5-6 of their senior media and account executives available to meet with the publisher/content producer teams. This meeting can be hosted as a breakfast or lunch meeting at an agreed-upon venue (either at the agency’s or publisher’s location). The meeting is intended to foster an open dialogue between the agency and sponsor with the goal of the discussions to clarify how to optimize a publisher’s/content producer’s relationship and work with the agency. These are not account-specific meetings. Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lanes with 8 bowlers total) plus 4 guests, for a total of 12 participants/guests at the event. Plus, 4 of your participants will have access to the preview event with CMO Club attendees. NOTE: There is no actual or implied commitment from or on behalf of the agency to purchase advertising from or as a result of the sponsorship.
  • 15. 2014 Bowling Sponsorship Opportunities Auction $15,000 Name and logo surrounding the silent and live auctions. Several auction tables will contain items for preview and bidding. Sponsor receives high attendee visibility as attendees will be encouraged to review and bid on auction items throughout the night. Sponsor will announce the live auction winners. Excellent sponsorship for a company in the media auction business (ad network, exchange, SSP, DSP) as it deepens the connection between the event activities and the company’s products/services. Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) for a total of 8 participants at the event Scorecard & Trophies $15,000 High level of visibility throughout the venue as the sponsor’s logo is placed on every scorecard video screen over each of 26 lanes. At the end of the event, the sponsor will announce the winners and hand out gifts for the highest and lowest scores, most strikes, and other bowling achievements. This is an excellent sponsorship opportunity for a company in the media research or ad tech business as it deepens the connection between the event activities and the company’s products/services around measurement and scoring. Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) for a total of 8 participants at the event
  • 16. 2014 Bowling Sponsorship Opportunities Strike Expert $15,000 Sponsor a bowling pro to walk the lanes and give advice to the bowlers. The pro will wear a sponsor-provided bowling shirt with the sponsor’s name/logo. Tip sheets with “Sponsored by” will be handed out at the registration desk as well as placed at the tables at every lane. Be visible and relevant to all participants. Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) for a total of 8 participants at the event Road Warrior Raffle $15,000 Receive access to all event attendees (approximately 500) with the opportunity to collect contact information from raffle participants. The raffle can include one major item or several lower-cost items, for a total value of $1,000. Sponsor will provide the item(s) and announce the winner(s) at the end of the evening. Recommended raffle items include a tablet (iPad mini, Amazon Fire, Google Nexus), headphones, carrying case, etc. Sponsor receives high visibility as two staff members will circulate throughout the venue selling raffle tickets and collecting contact information. Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) for a total of 8 participants at the event
  • 17. 2014 Bowling Sponsorship Opportunities Demo/Presentation Table (4 available) $10,000 Sponsors receive a 6-foot display table and signage during event. Table can be used to promote company products/services or provide sampling (e.g., fragrance, make up, chocolates). Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) for a total of 8 participants at the event Bowl With a CMO (4 available) $10,000 In partnership with the CMO Club, the sponsor bowls with a designated CMO. Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lane with 8 bowlers) plus one guest pass for a total of 9 participants at the event. Health/Fitness Raffle $ 7,500 Receive access to all event attendees (approximately 500) with the opportunity to collect contact info from raffle participants. The raffle can include one major item or several lower cost items, with a total value of $1,000. Sponsor will provide the item(s) and announce the winner(s) at the end of the evening.
