Agency Bonding Event

This first-of-its-kind special program helps connect senior media professionals from the
agency with publishers and content producers. The agencies participating have agreed to
make 5-6 of their senior media and account executives available to meet with the
publisher/content producer teams. This meeting can be hosted as a breakfast or lunch
meeting at an agreed-upon venue (either at the agency’s or publisher’s location). The
meeting is intended to foster an open dialogue between the agency and sponsor with the
goal of the discussions to clarify how to optimize a publisher’s/content producer’s
relationship and work with the agency. These are not account-specific meetings.
Sponsorship includes: 1 bowling team (1 lanes with 8 bowlers total) plus 4 guests, for
a total of 12 participants/guests at the event. Plus, 4 of your participants will have access
to the preview event with CMO Club attendees.

Auction
$15,000
Name and logo surrounding the silent and live auctions. Several auction tables will
contain items for preview and bidding. Sponsor receives high attendee visibility as
attendees will be encouraged to review and bid on auction items throughout the night.
Sponsor will announce the live auction winners. Excellent sponsorship for a company
in the media auction business (ad network, exchange, SSP, DSP) as it deepens the
connection between the event activities and the company’s products/services.

Scorecard & Trophies

High level of visibility throughout the venue as the sponsor’s logo is placed on every
scorecard video screen over each of 26 lanes. At the end of the event, the sponsor will
announce the winners and hand out gifts for the highest and lowest scores, most
strikes, and other bowling achievements. This is an excellent sponsorship opportunity
for a company in the media research or ad tech business as it deepens the connection
between the event activities and the company’s products/services around
measurement and scoring.

Strike Expert

Sponsor a bowling pro to walk the lanes and give advice to the bowlers. The pro will
wear a sponsor-provided bowling shirt with the sponsor’s name/logo. Tip sheets with
“Sponsored by” will be handed out at the registration desk as well as placed at the
tables at every lane. Be visible and relevant to all participants.

Road Warrior Raffle

Receive access to all event attendees (approximately 500) with the opportunity to
collect contact information from raffle participants. The raffle can include one major
item or several lower-cost items, for a total value of $1,000. Sponsor will provide the
item(s) and announce the winner(s) at the end of the evening.
Recommended raffle items include a tablet (iPad mini, Amazon Fire, Google Nexus),
headphones, carrying case, etc. Sponsor receives high visibility as two staff members
will circulate throughout the venue selling raffle tickets and collecting contact
information.
