  • 9. We gather and use existing data and BI infrastructure, optimize them and balance them with other (un-) structured data of different kinds (not only financial data), turning data into structured decisional information

  • 12. A streamlined and centralized data collection and reporting process optimizing the data collection process and reducing the associated costs
  • 13. A structuring process and a more efficient meeting format
  • 14. A professional coaching and training of your own resources to put them in full control of the process and the tool

  • 16. We strive to work fast and efficiently and to optimize the number of interactions with the key stakeholders (limited to a few meetings of 2 hours)
  • 17. We work with small teams of 2 to 3 consultants in order to avoid any disruption
  • 18. We can work both on-site or off-site
  • 19. We propose a flexible, modular and scalable approach: we can start at corporate level and then cascade the work for different entities or we can start working for 1 business unit or one department and scale up.
