The Future of Fitness White Paper, commissioned from the Nielsen Company by Les Mills International and Better by Design, explores the trends that may shape human fitness and activity, and their effect on the fitness industry. After hundreds of hours of research and dozens of interviews with experts and ‘ ordinary people ’ , the White Paper reveals a range of challenges and opportunities for us to either confront or develop.
