Campbell Communications Survey May, 2004 In a survey of almost 2000 real estate agents, they concurred that 16% of real estate transactions were disrupted by mortgage related problems.  Separately they concurred that 26% of conditional loan approvals issued by mortgage companies turn out to be invalid.  Most of the culprits were mortgage brokers!
