2. This is important to me
because it is something I
have done with my
family throughout my
life, it is also something
I do with my friends. I
enjoy tramping as it is
getting outdoors and
around natural
surroundings which
helps me to reach a
sense of being
3. This occupation is an
important part of my
identity as it is the way I
grew up, with my parents
working on the orchard
and the way my Dad
grew up with my
Grandparents working
on the orchard, it holds
important value to me
and my family
5. This is a part of my
identity as I have grown
up cooking for my family
and I now one of my
roles to cook for my
flatmates. I enjoy
cooking for people and
sharing a meal together
at the end of the day
6. Although this is a previous occupation it is still an important part of my
occupational identity because it is something that I have enjoyed doing from a
young age, I have also painted pictures for people in my family, like the one of
my Gran here. It is also something I find therapeutic and relaxing.
7. This is part of my
occupational identity
as it is important to
care for my dog. It is
also a good way to
socialise with friends
and family or have
time out. It is
something I find
calming and enjoyable
.
8. This is an
occupation I have
done previously and
it is important part
of my identity as it
gained my
confidence which
lead to being able to
do new
occupaitons.
9. This is something
that I have grown up
doing not only in the
sea but in swimming
pools too. It is
something I find
calming and is also a
good way to keep fit
and healthy.
10. This is something
that I have always
done with my
Mum, sister and
friends, it is a
good way to
socialise and
something that I
find therapeutic.
11. This is part of my
identity because it
is an occupation I
find valuable not
only to my present
but also to my
future of becoming
an occupational
therapist
