A Success Story
Tony is a 10-year-old boy who, at a very early age (just
learning to walk) had a TV fall on him causing a TBI.
Up to that point Tony had met every developmental milestone
             on time or early.
After the injury, Tony’s parents began noticing delays in
several social and academic areas despite repeated exposure
             to concepts.

A Success Story

When Tony came to Lindamood-Bell, school was a great
struggle due to his academic, behavioral, and social
             challenges.
He was a very frustrated non-reader who acted out in class
when attention was drawn to his difficulties.

A Success Story

Tony’s instruction got off to a great start as help from his
behaviorist was effective in minimizing behavior problems as
             instruction began.
After about 5 weeks, Tony began to realize that he was getting
             much better at reading.

A Success Story

Tony’s parents then signed him up for the Lindamood-Bell®
             “School Program” for 6 hours/day.
In the end, Tony’s improvements were years of gain.
This led to improved confidence for Tony that carried over to
             home and school.
