The need for this Project
In remote areas cardiac problem can becomes
fatal, if it is not diagnosed and attended with
required medication in time.
After a heart attack, 2-3 hours is called as a golden
time in which the patient has to be treated.
This is where in remote areas where access to
cardiac doctors and hospital takes more than 2-3
hours to reach the “Lions Free Cardiac Care Center”
helps us in saving lives of such people

What Clubs have to do
• Identify a place with 10ft x 10ft room having a cot, table and
chair with broad band connection.
• Have a doctor or a paramedical staff trained to take the
cardiogram and give printout to the patient.
• Popularize the project in the community by putting up posters
in chemists shop, dispensaries, community centers, cinema slides
etc.,
• Initially the club has to mobilize Rs.50,000/- for the project and
monthly payment for staff and broadband connection.
• Consumables for the printer and stationery
