“WE RUN THIS SHIFT!”
As always, headquarters per-
sonnel are the masterminds behind the
machine of Eagle Company. Operations
are very smooth thanks to the hard
work of the Soldiers in our section. SSG
Wroten and SPC Sailor have been hold-
ing the fort when it comes to feeding
the FOB, ensuring that the entire bat-
talion gets the fuel they need to con-
tinue operating. SSG Paul and SGT
Garcia also did a great job of feeding at
Muqor by themselves, quite the feat.
SPC Porter has taken on jobs
way outside of his realm and performed
admirably, making sure that communi-
cations between various groups runs
smoothly, and helping the XO whenever
he needs help with his tasks. The 1SG
has been putting some work in, making
the rounds and clearing the FOB.
SGT Mendoza managed to re-
model a huge portion of the area of op-
eration and still finds time to get his
truck driving on. And none of the opera-
tions would be possible without a good
supply sergeant, and SGT Chatmon has
that area on lock. We haven’t been
wanting for anything yet thanks to his
diligence. Everyone in headquarters is
pulling their weight and then some, and
work very hard to make sure that
things run smoothly for the Company,
so the other sections can continue to
play their part in the deployment.
Of course none of this is possi-
ble without the patience, love and sup-
port of all our family, friends and loved
ones continuing to “run the ship” in the
rear. This outstanding Company

Slink who keep the parts coming.

FORWARD LOGISTICAL EAGLES
The following soldiers were attached to
Bushmaster Company, 2-22IN in support of their
very difficult mission. These soldiers were sepa-
rated from the rest of the company and lived with B
Co, 2-22IN in less than favorable conditions with
minimal equipment and yet still found a way to go
above and beyond their scopes and duties to cook
and maintain vehicles.
Not only did the mechanics perform at a
high level, with little tools, they fixed equipment
that they have never worked with. Not only did
they fix trucks, but they also fixed shower heaters,
pumps both water and fuel, generators and heaters.
They received accolades daily from the leadership
of Bushmaster Company.
Let’s not forget about the cooks. Only hav-
ing the ability to send 2 cooks to carry out
this mission, these outstanding soldiers
worked day and night to feed the entire
company, and attachments. This included “That SPC

Dearest Family Readiness Group,
I’ve never seen a group of soldiers so dedicated to their work. All the days of hard work, the nights they got home
late, the weekends in the field and rotation in the desert of California were not for nothing. Those countless hours of
hard work and training are paying off, as this exceptional team continues to astonish me every single day. I couldn't be
more proud of the team assembled here on FOB Warrior.
I want thank each and every spouse continuing to march on without the assistance of your loved ones. You are
truly strong and committed and I do not envy your task at hand. I can speak for all of us here when I say, none of this is
possible without your love and support. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You provide the motivation our sol-
diers need to continue to do the amazing job they do everyday. YOU are the heartbeat of this Company. Again, thank
you all for all you have done, and continue to do.
