January 22 FRG Leader Army Community Service Mobilization & Deployment Program will teach you
9 am – 1 pm Training tips and skills which will assist you in being an effective FRG Leader. This class is

January 22 Informal Funds Army Community Service Mobilization & Deployment Program teaches this
1:30 – 2:30 Training class at the ACS building to Family Readiness Group members on the
regulations and policies regarding the raising and spending of unit and FRG

January 22 Family Night At Family Night at the Winner's Circle, located in the Commons. Family Night is
5 – 7 pm The Commons offered each Tuesday night and begins at 5 pm with a family friendly dinner

January 23 & 24 AFTB Level II The Army Family Team Building Level II course targets leaders and is geared
9 am - 4 pm toward professional growth and development and communication skills, stress
management, conflict resolution, and more. This is a free two-day training held

January 24 Debt Blasters Army Community Service Financial Readiness Program will teach participants a
9 – 11 am way to decrease and eliminate their debts in a much quicker time frame. Don't
suffer with too much debt, let FRP help you become debt free. This is a free

January 24 BOSS Hockey It's Slap Shot Time! Hockey is one of the most popular sports in the North
6:30 pm Game Trip Country. Join BOSS at the Privateers vs Williamsport home game in
Watertown. Cost is $15 per person and covers transportation and ticket to
the game. The bus will leave BOSS Nash Blvd. at 6:30 pm. Space is limited;

January 25 ACS Craft Club Army Community Service Craft Club offers an opportunity to share and learn
9 am – noon Meeting craft ideas and enjoy networking and learning about programs and activities

January 25 CYSS Indoor A great chance for your children to get away from the “screens”! Youth ages
6 – 10 pm Paintball 10 - 18 can enjoy indoor paintball at the Youth Center. A required safety brief
is held at 6 pm and a completed parent permission slip is required to
participate. Cost is $10 for Youth Center Members and $15 for Non-members.

January 26 Full Moon Cross- Enjoy a trip to Cascade Cross Country Center to celebrate the full moon with
Noon – overnight country Ski Trip an evening of cross country skiing under the stars. The trails are lit and you will
enjoy bonfires, beverages, hot dogs, and hot chocolate. Once you return to the
lodge you can warm up at the fireplace and dance to a live band for an evening
of enjoyment. Cost is $60 per person and includes transportation, equipment

January 26 Indoor Skate Jam Teens in grades 6 - 12 can enjoy the Youth Center Indoor Skate park with their
3 – 6 pm skateboards, quad or inline skates. Cost is $3.00 for members and $5.00 for

February 2 Trip to Saranac Parks and Recreation invite you to an Adirondack tradition. A trip to Saranac
8:30 am – 11 pm Lake Winter Lake Winter Carnival on February 2 with a cost of $10 per person for adults
Carnival and $5 for youth 14 ye4ars of age and under. The bus will leave Parks and
Recreation at 8:30 am and will return at approximately 10:30 pm. Dress
appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
