Business Plan or Information Memorandum that clearly communicates the investment opportunity, the product, market and business. In other words, how you will make money. Do you have full (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) financial statement projections (minimum 3 years) that are consistent with the Business Plan / Information Memorandum. Is your investment statement clear i.e. % of shares offered for $X. Have you valued the company. What valuation approach have you used and is that included in your documentation.
