Visualization/Meditation- This can include prayer, devotion, quiet time, practicing gratitude,
visualizing your desires. I like to do this early in the day, but usually visualize again right before
sleeping after I do some clearing…
ClearingClearing-This is any kind of clearing that I feel I need to do at the end of the day. Maybe there is
someone I need to forgive. Maybe I’m feeling a bit emotional and don’t know why. I use different
methods for clearing. Ho’oponopono, EFT, NLP, etc. Some people find great help with the Sedona
Method. Find a body mind connection that works for you!

A Fabulous 2014 to YOU!
Mastermind Call or Audio- This I work into the morning or midday to pump me up. Either I jump
on a mastermind call with a team or listen to a personal development audio/video on YouTube.
Speakers like Jim Rhon and Tony Robbins are fab!
Work Tasks- Of course these must be added in. Marketing, blogging, freelance, checking emails
and all that good stuff.

in my tasks, as I am currently in South America and it’s important. I have seriously slacked on that
one in the past, but no more thanks to iProcrastinate!
So, there are some items on my non-negotionable week day list.
If you stuck with me through all that, thanks. I hope you found it of interest. If you skipped down,
welcome back! Next up is my “health” app…
Have a Health Goal?
I use Calories 2 to track my nutrients and exercise. Notice I did not say calories! It is called “Calories
2,” but I am not in any way encouraging you to get obsessive about calorie counting.
This app is just an easy way to track your nutrients: Protein/Carb/Fat combos. It is also helpful if you
have food allergies and need to keep a log to submit to your health care provider.
Again this is a free app you can obtain in the Mac App Store. Though there is a $9.99 upgrade, I use the
free version:

you need to add.
On the right hand side, you add the amount consumed and the app will give you the nutrients and
calories!

3) Your Totals
Follow my blog
Number 3 gives you your total. You set the amount of calories you want to consume a day. Once you’re
set, you will see how many calories you have consumed and how much credit you have left. Your net is
what you have consumed minus the calories burned through activity.
The bar at the bottom, conveniently gives you the percentages of carbs, protein, and fat.
Nice huh!
There you have it my friends, two apps to keep you on track towards your goals while freeing up that
mind space for other things (like dancing cats, or astro physics. Hey, I don’t know what you’ve got going
on in there!).
If you have questions or comments, hit me with them below!
Do you have an app that keeps you on track, share it! We like sharers!
And hey, be cool and share this post too. Buttons are up top on the right, You know you wanna!
We’re only a week in, so let’s keep rocking this 2014 like it’s never been rocked before!
XOXO,
Hil
