The document discusses the different layers of cloud computing services. At the lowest level are the physical resources like computers, networks, and transmission means. Above this is the infrastructure layer which provides virtual server instances, storage, and management. Next is the platform layer which offers development tools and middleware/OS services. The highest layer is software as a service which provides full abstracted applications to end users.
