                                                               Channel host, as a teacher. Mr. Moore is a Cypress
                                                               native that has traveled the world and studied the
                                                               world's cultures - but he has now returned to his
                                                               home in Cypress, TX. ALL is privileged to have Mr.

                                                                      cut, pre-sanded, and pre-drilled (saving you a lot of
                                                                      labor). All class participants will need to do is to
                                                                      assemble the birdhouse. Once assembled,

                                                                      discuss applying the basecoat and thoughts on

Lisa Brashier, Professor of Kinesiology at LSC- CyFair, will lead us through a series of three short exercise classes (only 30 minutes). She will show us easy exercises that do not require any special or expensive equipment that we can incorporate into our everyday lives. There will be 3 classes - 30 minutes each. Note Dates & Time. Exercises for ALL Class 1 - Monday, Feb 7th - 12:30pm - Pilates & See 2/7/2011 Mon 12:30-1:00 Yoga - Meet in CENT 118, Dance Room. Class Description Lisa Brashier involves exercises done while sitting or lying on the floor. Street shoes are not allowed on dance floor. Class 2 - Tuesday, Mar 1st - 1:00pm - Chair Exercises - Meet in Mod 2 Room 101 Class 3 - Monday, April 4th - 1:00pm - Walking - Meet in Mod 2 Room 101 (Wear comfortable walking shoes.) For all classes, please wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows movement. Jim Lower will describe his book-writing journey with regard to his recently released historical fiction book Donegal Irish titled Donegal Irish Justice. He'll take us through Justice HSC 125 2/8/2011 Tue 10:00-11:30 the writing stage from the formative idea to the actual publishing and sales of the novel. It is Jim Lower interesting because he wrote the book while working full time.
