After originally creating this map for the 2010 NCRA Recycling Update, I was asked to update this map for this year's conference. No longer having access to ArcMap, I decided to recreate the map using Quantum GIS, an open source GIS software alternative to ESRI products. Recycling Update is presented by the Northern California Recycling Association (www.ncrarecycles.org).
