After logging in to Moodle, click on the course in which you want to view, resend or delete an email using Quickmail.

Please be aware that emails in History have had their attachments, if any, removed.

If you want to resend an email to the course participants, you can re-select the recipients
by checking the boxes next to their names.

In this case, we add Teacher08 LTTC to the original list.

To add an attachment to the email, click on the Browse... button to choose the file from your computer.

Then click on the Send Email button at the bottom of the page to finish.

A new record is then added to the list on the History page.

If you want to delete ALL records of the sent emails, click on the Clear History button
at the top right corner of the page.

A warning message is then shown. Click on the Yes button to confirm the deletion.

If you want to delete a particular email, click on the Delete icon ( ) next to it.
Make sure that you really want to delete the email before clicking on the Delete button ( )
as the email will be deleted immediately and NO warning message will be shown.

In this case, the email named Journal, which was sent at 02:54 PM on 14 May 2012, is to be deleted.
We click on the Delete button as shown above.

The email Journal sent at 02:54 PM is then removed from the list on the History page.
