based on simple rules for identifying the property

making the Semantic Web relevant to users,
in their own language,
using mechanisms of the Semantic Web,
following a retrieve for reuse paradigm,
preserving the semantic on reusage,
with a scheme to transform Semantic Web
markup in Social Web markup
