This is a medium shot , In this you can see the anger in Voldermorts face also
I think you can see desperation and tiredness in Voldermorts facial
expressions. The scene of the shot is very dark and gloomy as Voldermort is
casting a spell on someone , it goes with the genre as this is clearly showing
an action shot as this is a fighting scene.

                                   Luke Rennie
In this shot it shows that Neville is tired and hurt from the battle again the
Voldermort army, you could say that because Neville is wounded tired that it looks
as if he has given up on the fight against Voldermort . It is a MS / 2 shot because
Bellatrix Lestrange is in the background, Having Bellatrix Lestrange in the
background makes the shot have a dark side to it as she murdered both of Neville's
parents.

                                        Luke Rennie
This is a MCU and also is a two shot even though it is focused on Harry. In
this shot Harry and Hermione look shocked and scared and it appears they
are looking up at something or something could be falling on them, the make
up that they have used in this scene shows you that they have been involved
in a lot of action as Harry is sweating and red in the face this gives a good
portrayal of the genre.

                                    Luke Rennie
This shot is a medium close up of Harry , in this shot looks as if he is
struggling and almost in desperation, I would say he also looks hurt but he's
determined to get to the wand. Even though Harry looks wounded and tired
to me I think this shot shows you that Harry knows he has to carry on a keep
on fighting voldermort. The make up in this shot makes harry look sweaty and
dirty and then cuts on his face and hands show the action scene that hes in
and this links to the action genre.

                                  Luke Rennie
This is a medium shot of Ron and Hermione. Ron is looking angry as he is aiming his
wand forward ready to cast a spell to protect his girl friend Hermione, I would say that
Hermione looks scared and shocked at what she can see. The scenery behind them is
the mess that has been created from the battle with voldermort

                                        Luke Rennie
• This is a close up of Hermione , you can see from her facial expressions that she is
worried and scared or that she has a lot of things on her mind. In this shot they
have deliberately blurred out the back ground so that all the focus is on Hermione
and what her facial expressions are showing. This shot does not show any type of
action so it does not link to the films genre.

                                        Luke Rennie
• This is a medium close up of Voldermort. He has a serious look on his face almost
as if he is in deep thought , I think that you could also say that Voldermorts facial
expressions look very evil as if he is planning something dark. The background is
dark and blurred so it focusing on Voldermort, this makes the shot have a scary
edge to it. There is no action taking place in this shot.

• This is a medium close up shot of Harry and Voldermort. In this shot Voldermort is
looking down on harry with an angry serious face with his hand and nails clenching
Harrys jaw, Harry looks up at Voldermort with a scared but also angry look on his
face his hair is sweaty and both of their clothes look slightly damaged and dusty
from the battle they are in. This shot does show action as Harry and Voldermort
    are in a fighting scene.

                                       Luke Rennie
• This is a birds eye shot of Voldermort and Harry standing on a ledge of the castle.
It shows harry holding on to a brick wall which is part of the damaged castle with
nothing but a big drop behind them Voldermort is in front of him staring him in
the eye. Harry looks angry as he is looking into Voldermorts eyes , from behind
Voldermort appears to be looking down intimidatingly on harry. The background in
this shot is the rubble from the castle that has been damaged in the battle and
then just a drop from where the wall has broken away.

• This is a medium close up of Ron and Hermione. This shot shows Ron holding on to
his girlfriend Hermione, the wind has blown Ron's hair back and their facial
expressions show that something is coming towards them and they are both
scared but Ron knows he has to protect Hermione, both of them have marks on
their faces from the dust and rubble caused in this battle. The background for this
scene is the broken rocks from the castle but the main focus is on Hermione and
Ron. This is an action shot which is connected to the genre of the film.
