Illustrative Concept: “Three Bites of the Apple”
Initial “go-public” transition with Andina, resulting in a listing on NASDAQ
exchange, is the first in a multi step process designed to infuse the company
with needed capital thereby accelerating growth.
Once capital is deployed and additional growth is achieved, follow on offerings
including using the company’s stock as currency for acquisitions will follow.
All of the above provides the issuer with the capital needed for growth, the
exposure and expertise to enter new global markets, while at the same time
retaining control for the original stakeholders.
