4. I ordered an ipod touch for my son after his got stolen. I had never ordered
anything off the computer especially elecctronics so i was pretty nervous
about it.Took a lot of time looking at them and deciding. I chose a seller
with good reviews and good refund policy. This paid off. When we recieved
the ipod it had a lot of scratches on te screen. This was not specified in the
description so I wanted to send it back because my son did not want that. I
emailed them saying we would send it back fora refund. They got back
with me with an apology and offered to replaceit with a better one. They
gave me instructions that I ask for and a label to use, they even paid for
return shipping. We got the new one in good time and they upgraded for
the problem. I am very pleased, they did not have to do all that, I didn't ask
for anything. I think that is great customer service to keep that sale and
future ones. I will always order from them when they have what I want.
