- This group felt getting the message out there was the best strategy using the big screen in Plymouth city centre to inform and educate people. The impact of the Big Fish Fight – recently televised they felt gave a strong and clear message. They felt confident that people armed with the right information would make sustainable choices.A winning combination when given a practical solution of the shop.Food 6 - We feel that the best way to influence public opinion on sustainable food is through education and media campaigns. After the recent success of Channel 4’s Big Fish Fight, which triggered a 60% rise in sales of sustainable mackerel, we believe more trust should be put in the public to make sustainable decisions when it comes to their food. Simple, eye-catching advertisements such as this, convey a clear message and stimulate interest among local people. We’ve all seen this screen before in the city centre, a message like this would be hard to ignore!Student photo
