PMS Reservations Demo
- 1. Manage your Reservations & Maintain Live Inventory of your rooms on our network portals
- 2. Login to your Property Management System (PMS) on www.mghworld.net/gms/
- 3. Login
- 4. First lets update the Rooms in PMS Need to do this only once.
- 5. Click here
- 6. Click here
- 8. Click to add Floors
- 9. Update Floor Save
- 10. Repeat to add more floors
- 12. Click to add Rooms
- 13. Update Room Number, Class, F loor Save
- 14. Repeat to add more rooms
- 15. Congrats! Your rooms inventory has been updated. You can start managing your reservations now.
- 17. Choose your preferred View- 3 / 7/15 or 30 days
- 18. Bookings are easy with MGH Tape Chart Lets book a premium room for 3 days
- 19. Drag to select rooms/ dates to Booking Pop-up book will open
- 20. 2) Check Bill 1) Select Adults/ amount & Adjust Extra Bed/ for discounts Children here
- 21. 1) Enter guest name, email & phone 2) Select 3) Click to book
- 22. Print Room is reserved Confirmation
- 23. Book 4 Standard Rooms for one Day
- 24. Select multiple rooms for booking
- 25. 1) Enter Adults/ Extra Bed/ Kids 2) Enter Guest name/ contacts 3) Click to book
- 26. Rooms are Print reserved Confirmation
- 27. Check-In a Guest
- 28. Check-in is due Click to Check In today
- 29. Select Guest to Check-in
- 30. Take Payment & Confirm Check-in
- 31. Reservation Click To Check status is now ‘In- Tape Chart House’
- 32. Checked In- Room Status is Green
- 34. Click to Check Out Guest
- 35. Select Guest to be Checked-Out
- 36. Confirm Check- Out
- 37. Booking is removed Click to view tape chart
- 38. Status Changed to Amber (Checked Out)
- 39. Cancel a Booking
- 40. Click the Booking to be cancelled
- 41. Click to cancel
- 42. Inform guest of the refund amount, if any Confirm Cancellation
- 43. Cancelled booking turns RED
- 44. Occupancy Summary on Tape Chart
- 45. Reserved (Pink) Checked Out (Amber) Cancelled (Red) Checked In (Green)
- 46. Scroll for Guest Name & Booking Dates Click for more Details
- 47. Pop up shows Dates, Invoice, Guest & his contact details
- 49. Click for Reservation Details
- 50. Use Filters for View List of all specific Reservations Reservations
- 51. Click on a Booking for details
- 53. Click to search Data of Guests
- 54. View contact View List of Search for record details for Guests of past bookings promotions
- 55. Click to make a new reservation
- 56. Enter Check in & Check Out dates Adults & Kids Rooms Needed Click Here
- 57. Choose Rooms
- 58. 1) Adjust Tariff for discounts 2) Enter Client Details 3) Click to Proceed
- 59. Take Payment and confirm booking to guest
- 60. Miscellaneous services & Billings
- 61. Click for misc. services and invoices
- 62. Billing for Extras- Click here
- 63. Enter Guest name and contact details
- 64. Enter Billable Select Payment Items Mode
- 65. Take Payment and Save
- 66. Invoice has been saved
- 68. Click to view Accounts
- 69. Select Term of choice to view Accounts
- 70. View Debits/ Click on a Credits for the booking for selected term details
- 71. Print Invoice if required
