CAME ON FOR CONSIDERATION on this date the Objection to Claim No. 197 and
Notice of Opportunity for Hearing (the “Objection”) (Dkt No. 771) filed by Matthew D. Orwig,
the duly-appointed Liquidating Trustee in this case (the “Trustee”).
Upon consideration of the Objection and having found that (i) notice of the Objection
was duly and sufficiently made, and (ii) that no response contesting the Objection and/or
demanding a hearing has been filed with the Court and/or received by the Trustee or the
Trustee’s counsel, the Court finds that the Trustee’s objection to the allowance of Claim No. 197
on the ground(s) that the Claim appears to be a Claim based upon “Breach of Contract” between
two parties who are neither the Debtor nor the purported Claimant is SUSTAINED. It is,
therefore,
