Editor's Notes

  1. Changing the culture
  2. Reduction in support calls by 80% in the first month post go live. Many support calls were educating, re-educating and attempting to ‘skill-up’ many roles for writing for the web.
  3. Rather than fixing stuff – focus on improvement and optimisiation.
  4. Setting goals for the website linked to organisational goals – what did we really want it to achieve.
  5. And then measuring and monitoring those goals, with recommendations for action to senior colleagues
  6. Focus on user – stories, workshops, making sure the end product was what was really needed.
