2. RADHA RAMAN VEDIC MANDIR is a center
for the ongoing spiritual, social and charitable
work for the Hindu community in North Orange
County. The existing complex of five buildings
will be demolished and two new state of art,
eco-friendly buildings will be built on a 1.1 acre
site in Placentia, California, just east of the 57
FWY, and north of the 91 FWY. A beautiful
14,000 sq. ft of landscape will feature a garden
and fountains for all to enjoy and embrace. The
ecological footprint of the two buildings will be
less than 20% of the land: the remainder of the
land will be used for parking, walkways, and
landscape.

9. Financing
The temple has sufficient income to pay for day-to-day activities
The adjacent properties for expansion are free and clear.
The current deposited amount (as of Aug 2014) is ~$325,000
The construction project has been separated from daily working expenses and
will be completed in 3 Phases to ensure that sufficient funds are raised. Funds
are being maintained in its own account.
Final plans have been submitted to the city for approval.
First day of demolition begins the first week of November 14’ after city plans
have been finalized.
Goal: ~$3,000,000
Total cash/fund commitment thus far: $1,050,000 (as of
September 15, 2014)
Remaining funds required: (3,000,000- 1,050,000) =
$1,950,000
