Contributors
have
both
human
values

as
functional
effectiveness – They get the job done, but also do it the ‘right way’.
They have an attitude of ‗creating value‘ in the job – ―When I go
there, what value am I creating? Am I just ‗doing‘ or am I ‗creating
value‘?‖ That kind of question that comes to their mind.
They are not instruction-oriented, but solution-oriented. They find
solutions rather than simply take instructions or blindly follow

Contributors have a deeper and wider definition of success than the
non-contributors.

The common meaning of contribution is the part played by a person in
bringing about the result. Contribution is the act of a person for the
success of the team/company as well as for improving his/her personal
capabilities, personal fulfillment etc.
The scope of contribution refers to the extension of the contribution
provided by an individual to the team/organization, self, or the society.
The possibilities of contribution by an individual:

– To Team/Organization
– To Society/Country

7. About Him
Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is an Indian cricketer widely acknowledged
as one of the greatest batsmen in the world.
Born with natural talent of Cricket, he is now the star of the world
Cricket, more like "the God of Cricket"
Born in Mumbai into a middle-class family, Sachin Tendulkar was
named after his family‘s favorite music director Sachin Dev Burman.
Sachin Tendulkar married Anjali, a daughter of Gujarati industrialist
Anand Mehta. They have two children, Sara and Arjun.
Tendulkar made his Test debut against Pakistan in Karachi in
November 1989 aged just 16 years and 223 days.
Also he made his debut against Pakistan in18 December 1989.

his cricketing skill, particularly in batting.

He guide always to his teammates on the field or outside the field.

Tendulkar was a person who would never show any disrespect to the
national flag..He respects the national flag most and had even sought
permission to use the tricolour on his helmet, It‘s not the riches or the
records but the love for the game.
Tendulkar now sponsors 200 underprivileged children every year
through a Mumbai-based NGO.
Sachin Tendulkar devoted all of 9-12-hour for Coca-Cola-NDTV
Support My School telethon on 18 September 2011 that helped raise 7
crore (2 crore more than the target) for from the creation of basic
facilities for girl students, in 140 government schools across the
country.

He endorses social advertisements free such as for Polio.
He have financed some NGOs who works against Cancer, Polio and
Aids.
Recently he didn‘t charge a single penny for his participation in an
awareness campaign encouraging people for census in 2011.

He given his bat for the auction at a glittering sports were it fetched
highest bid of Rs. 42 lakh .
He has survived twenty two years in the national team without a pause
other than the pauses created in his career due to injuries and
sometimes because of his personal wish.

Sachin Tendulkar could have multiplied his income by manifolds if he
had accepted the endorsement offer of an alcohol company. Witness

Sachin Tendulkar donated 51 lakhs for uttrakhand flood victims.
