(hereinafter called Lifan Group) with 13,653
employees is one of the biggest private-owned
enterprises in China.

In 2003, Lifan Group established Chongqing Lifan Automobile Co. Ltd
(hereinafter called Lifan Automobile) through purchasing Chongqing Special
Purpose Use Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd, strategically realizing the
expansion from motorcycle to automobile industry.
2003年，力帆集团通过收购重庆特殊用途汽车制造公司，成立了力帆乘用车有限公司，
实现了从摩托车产业到汽车产业的扩张。
In 2004, through the restructuring of Yunan Dali Junma Automotive
Company which manufactures light and heavy trucks, Lifan Automobile
greatly leaped forward in production and sales.

It produces 800,000 gasoline engines and 500,000 diesel engines per year. Most
products of the company have passed the CE and GS homologation authorized by
TUV from Germany, American EPA homologation and Californian CARB
homologation.

In 2009, Lifan invested USD 10 million to establish its wholly-owned subsidiary
„Yangfan Motors‟ in Ethiopia to assemble and operate. On Dec. 2009, Yangfan
Motors officially launched Lifan520, Lifan620, and Lifan 320.
2009年，力帆汽车投资1000万人名币在埃塞成立了全资子公司“扬帆汽车”，经营当地组
