Product Work Log Photoshow
1. I went to
multiple
hardware
stores to see
the prices of
the supplies so
we could
spend the
least amount
of money.
2. This is the front view of one of the panels we built for Karen Wylie’s
private school. It is four feet tall by eight feet wide.
3. This is the view from the back side of the panel. It has
become easier for her to hang banners and more ways of
advertising on her fencing to get more peoples’ attention.
4. This picture is showing you how Karen is able to hang
signs that are seen from the road while also following the
rules of safety for the children.
5. This is an up-close view of the top of the panels to show how we
used staple guns to make the staples flesh with the rest of the
panel so no one gets hurt.
6. We learned a lot about what to do and not to do on the first panel. If you drill
the screws into the wood too much, the wood will split and start to splinter
up. We had to pay more attention for the next two panels.
7. The next three
pictures show
how we used
hinges to hold
each panel to the
next so they can
swing open and
closed.

8. In this picture, we used
PICTURE
a wood block and a
hinge to connect the
TWO
first panel to the side of
the porch before
connecting the other
two fencing panels.
9. Lastly, these two panels are
connected by another hinge so if
we need to open the fencing on the
driveway, we can.

10. We went to
UPS to make
500 copies
because the
prices were
cheaper than
other places.
11. Instead of
delivering all
flyers to
homes, we
started pinning
up our
advertisements
in local stores.
13. This postcard – looking
advertisement was our
first choice of new
advertisement but we did
not have the funding to
purchase 500 of these.
We hope to use these
sometime in the near
future.
