5. Who is Alexander McQueen? Lee Alexander McQueen is an English fashion designer. He was born on 17th March 1969. He committed suicide on 11th February 2010.

7. Early Life He lived his childhood in Stratford, London. Alexander started making dresses for his three sisters. He left school when he was 16, he just had an O-level in art. McQueen decided to study fashion. He worked for many companies.

9. Work Alexander studied fashion at St Martin’s College of Art and Design. Later he worked for other companies. He was famous for bringing drama and extravaganza to catwalks.

11. Work He won four times the “Best British Design of the Year” Award. Finally, in 2007, Alexander had boutiques all over the world.
