Que es la Academia de Artes Culinarias
ZiTereza
Tenemos el pensum mas completo de Venezuela. Además
de las cocinas más importantes del mundo italiana,
francesa, española, latinoamericana y oriental. Tenemos
cocina internacional, rusa, alemana, suiza y húngara
también tenemos tres idiomas culinarios como el italiano
francés e ingles. Esculturas en hielo y esculturas tailandesa
(tallados en frutas y vegetales). Cada profesor en su área;
nutrición, RRHH, turismo, enología etc. El requisito que le
pedimos a los alumnos como indispensable es que le
guste la cocina, porque igual que el sacerdocio son las
únicas profesiones completamente vocacionales
importantes dentro del contexto humano, siendo la
primera el alimento del alma y la otra lo es del cuerpo. Los
insumos los suministran los mismos alumnos, ya que en Zi
Teresa no cocina ni el director académico, sino ellos
mismos con la debida asistencia personalizada del chef
director y sous chef. Para abaratar los costos tenemos
grupos de cinco o seis personas que preparan 3 o 4
platos.
