   L’idée est d’optimiser l’exposition du projet en l’orientant plein Sud pour
   ses qualités d’ensoleillement, en plus de se protéger des vents
   dominants grâce à la dorsale!en amont. On reste aveugle au Nord et à
   L’Est qui sont aux abords des accès piétons publics, et on ouvre au
   Sud et à l’Ouest pour tirer profit des vues qui nous intéressent!:
   Une Chapelle, l’Horizon, une Ruine, une Croix, une Plage.

                                                                                                                       On va élaborer une première trame avec les
                                                                                                                       courbes de niveaux du site pour être le plus proche
                                                                                                                       de la topographie existante, puis une deuxième
                                                                                                                       trame similaire qui servira d’ajustement à la                                                       PLAN DE SITUATION 1:10 000
                                                                                                                       première. Ainsi, on détermine des niveaux de 45cm
                                                                                                                                                                                                          A
                                                                                                                       de haut qui vont constituer nos espaces.

                          Pour permettre de circuler tout autour de la maison, et d’accéder depuis l’extérieur a tous les espaces
                          intérieurs, on crée une coursive extérieure qui passe par la terrasse.
                          Les grandes baies du salon peuvent s’ouvrir sur les bords extérieurs, on a donc la possibilité d’agrandir
                          l’intérieur pour le prolonger sur l’extérieur. On peut alors circuler tout autour de l’angle vitré, qui englobe
                          une partie de la structure.
