4. Energy Services Energy Audits We conduct walk-through, general & investment grade energy audits for Industries & Buildings. We quantify the energy usage & identify areas where wasteful usage of energy is observed. Detailed analysis of the measures to be taken, investments to be made & return on investments is provided to the client. Energy Management We help our clients to understand the need to manage the energy consumption of their organization. We help them chart out the future plans to use energy efficiently.

5. Renewable Energy Consultancy Renewable Energy Potential Assessment We look at the facility specific energy demands that can be offset by using Solar, Biomass, Waste to Energy & Hybrid systems. A project report detailing process integration, sizing, location of installation, etc. is delivered to the client. Turnkey/EPC Solutions Biomass- We provide turnkey solutions for Biomass gasification projects for electricity production & thermal processes. Right from initial assessments till installation & commissioning we assist our clients with a range of services & deliverables. Solar Thermal- We provide both turnkey solutions & EPC solutions for Solar thermal plants. Solar PV- We provide EPC solutions for Solar Photovoltaic Power plants. 8. Team Ambicales Prof. J.S. Saini- Technical Advisor Prof. Saini sits on the MNRE’s Panel of Experts for consultation on Research, Design, Development & Demonstration (RDD&D) projects. He has previously occupied positions of responsibility as Director, Alternate Hydro Energy Centre (AHEC)and Dean, Sponsored Research and Industrial Consultancy at IIT Roorkee. He specializes in Solar Energy and Heat Transfer and, has won several awards for outstanding research work. He has deep understanding and vast experience of technologies, policies and practical challenges in solar power generation. He has undertaken consultancy projects related to solar based air conditioning and heating, solar energy storage, micro-hydel systems, ultra low head hydro power, biomass gasifier system, establishment of rural energy complex etc. He has 41 years of research and teaching experience, has guided research work of 35 scholars for doctorate degree, and has 193 research publications to his name.

9. Team Ambicales Mr. Manoj Sharma- Strategy Advisor Mr. Sharma is an expert in environmental protection, international affairs and, export & import procedures. He founded and ran the biggest manufacturing unit of battery separators in South Asia. He successfully ran various other ventures in textiles, exports, sulphur trading etc. He has now turned a social entrepreneur and is executing various projects with UNDP, Agriculture Finance Corporation Ltd., MNRE, Govt. of Uttarakhand (UK) and Govt. of India. He has worked in 400 villages of UK for Pro-Poor IT initiatives, garbage disposal, sustainable development, monitoring of NGOs, etc. He has rich entrepreneurial experience coupled with deep love for preservation of natural resources.

10. Team Ambicales Mayank AgarwalCo-Founder He is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee from Biotechnology. He has done various projects in organizations like AIIMS, Denmark Technical University (DTU), etc. His personality and leadership qualities are the driving force of the company. Organizational and decision making skills are his forte. His passion for environment is reflected in the functioning of Ambicales. He looks after the biomass consultancy, carbon management services & energy audit services of Ambicales. He is responsible for the overall functioning & management of the company. SudhirManchandaCo-Founder He is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee from Production & Industrial Engineering. He has worked with Hero Honda, Market Insight Consultants, AFD (French Development Agency). Technology, startups and incubation are some of his key areas of interest. Great networking and resource development skills make him a necessity for the development of the organization. He looks after the Solar consultancy, energy audit & technology evaluation, research & analysis services of Ambicales. He is responsible for strategic tie ups & business development of Ambicales.

11. Team Ambicales NeerajKedar Neeraj has worked with companies like Vaatsalya Healthcare Solutions & Aditya Birla Insulators on projects related to energy efficiency. He has been an E4SI (Engineers for Social Impact) fellow. Holds B.E. in Electrical Engineering from BITS Pilani, Goa campus. Neeraj Gupta Neeraj looks after the Solar Consultancy & Technology evaluation, research & analysis profile of Ambicales. He has worked on research projects in University of Pune and University of Wisconsin- Madison, USA. He was one of the 15 selected students for Khorana Scholarship 2008-09. He did B.Tech. in Biotechnology from IIT Roorkee. AnkitSrivastava Ankit has worked on sustainable supply chain and cold storages as a part of ThinkLink Supply Chain Solutions. He was the founding president of ShARE IIT Roorkee and has great insights in the business of green. He has worked previously for Pidilite Industries, DLF Commercial Developers, etc. He has brilliant analytical skill and looks after strategic alliances of Ambicales with potential partners. He is an alumnus of Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Abhishek Jain Abhishek has an experience of technology evaluation at KPMG. He has done research projects in AIIMS, IIT Roorkee & University of Montpellier, France. He is developing our Technical evaluation, research & analysis profile. Holds a B.Tech degree in Biotechnology from IIT Roorkee.

E’Block provides solutions to produce, market, use or sell earth building materials, having minimal carbon footprint. He has worked on various concept projects, and built structures without using bricks, and not requiring electricity and water connection. He did B.Arch. from IIT Roorkee and was a gold medalist. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and, has worked at Olson SundbergKundig Allen Architects, Seattle, Washington and Auroville Earth Institute. He researched on GHG emissions of building assemblies, and is an authority on the subject. Mr. Thautam is an allied consultant with Ambicales.
