work separates us into either working from neck up or neck down.
work disconnects the brain from the body - we are either knowledge workers (neck up, body inconvenient brain carrier) or neck down (don't think: please just move/lift/drive this) - rarely do we put both brain/body together, and yet THEY ARE INTEGRATED COMPLEX SYSTEMS
how can researchers and practitioners in the area of work and wellbeing engage with interactive technology research to put the brain back in the body for fabulous, sustainable, incredible wellbeing - and all the good things that will flow into work from that.
