This presentation I did at the Scrum Gathering in Atlanta May 2012. It's about how you can improve your retrospectives in Scrum and / or do retrospectives with others. It shows some cool new methods to use in the retrospective.
Intro:
Continuous improvement is the main idea behind our Agile or Scrum way of working. But how exactly do we achieve that? Do we only improve our team works or can we do the same with the rest of the organization? What if our known methods start to fail? Learn how to treat different (organizational) groups and how to break their patterns. We learned to look at what went wrong and hopefully will be better next time, but can we even improve the retrospective? Yes! But we need some cool new workshop ideas for the retrospective.
