The processes is how the positive impact volunteers can have on girls is created and enhanced. Let’s take a look at some Girl Scout definitions of these processes and identify some critical words that help clarify what these processes mean? Debrief Participants share what they feel are the key points of the processes. Looking at this model now, how can we now define leadership for adults? Apply What do you need to do to practice these processes? How can you make outcomes an intentional goal? How will you help to fulfill the Girl Scout Mission Statement?
