- What was the nature of the specific engagement with du?Brief description of the organization: “International Horizons College (IHC) is a highly selective, two-year college based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The college enables students from the Middle East and Asia to complete their bachelor’s degree in two portions, starting with two years in Dubai and ending with two years of education at a top U.S. university. In addition to creating pathways to elite U.S. universities, IHC is in discussion with top regional schools. The college's focus is on implementing new pedagogies and leveraging sophisticated technology to advance its virtual “Global Classroom,” where students and faculty collaborate and learn with those in the U.S. and other countries.
