Using Podcasts and Webinars for training

  1. Today we’re going to introduce the idea of using podcasts and webinars as tools for training. Please feel free to ask questions as we go and there should be some time at the end too.
  2. What are they? The word podcast is merged from Broadcast and Pod following the advent of iPods and portable media players.
  3. This is what you might find in iTunes. GO TO ITUNES
  4. Copy the link to market it to your audience.
  5. iTunes lets people subscribe so they get automatic updates. Show in iTunes.
  6. e.g. if something was missed
  7. £100 starting budget
  8. Go to Itunes and play….
