The process involves an initial call to discuss timelines, then MedPro creates customized emails and landing pages for the GPO to approve. The GPO provides their member email list, and MedPro enrolls members in a workflow that sends educational emails over time. Members can click through to a landing page and fill out a form or call MedPro for more information. MedPro follows up on leads and provides the GPO with reports on engagement metrics and sales pipeline results from the campaign.
2. Initial Discovery call with MedPro:
MedPro will schedule a conference call with the GPO to discuss how the process will work and
to go through the timeline step-by-step.
MedPro will provide the GPO with a list of information that MedPro will need to create emails,
landing pages, etc.
MedPro and the GPO will determined dates for each step to be completed by and add them
to the timeline.
Timeline with dates will be sent to the GPO and MedPro employees involved.

13. After each email is sent, an early results report is generated. 7 days later a final report for
that email is generated and the next email is sent. Reports are sent to GPO. Reports include
opens, clicks, leads generated, opportunities generated, total pipeline created as well as
pipeline broken down into open, closed-won and closed-lost pipeline.
14. Adjustments are made to the landing pages and emails if necessary
or indicated by open/click rates.
